At Love is Colder Than Death, bland consensus is the worst kind of criticism.

We’re not interested in dishing up platitudes on movies that you’re all familiar with. (Do you really want our opinion of what the monolith in 2001 represents? Thought not. )

Instead, the three of us have made it our mission to sift through the thousands of films produced in the past century or so … and find at least a few that are worth dusting off.

Not always forgotten masterpieces, by any means, but movies you might’ve vaguely heard of. Movies that, while imperfect, don’t deserve oblivion.
